Thermal Roll Laminate A-LAM Roll Laminate A-LAM laminate is mostly used by educational institutions and is your lowest priced roll laminate available. Manufactured to high quality standards, A-LAM roll laminate is designed for us on all roll laminators. It has a durable polyester base and adhesive activation point of between 280 - 310˚F. Due to its high melting temperatures this laminate is not recommended for digital prints. Available in multiple widths on 1”, 2.25” and 3” core diameters. UltraGloss™ / UltraMatte™ Roll Laminate The Ultra Series of roll laminates feature a strong content of polyester, creating clarity and rigidity. The high performance co-polymer adhesive is designed to achieve superior adhesion to a wide variety of natural and synthetic stocks including those with a high degree of ink coverage. Both finishes are formulated with FB technology which provides a water resistant structure well suited for applications where moisture is present. It has a melting temperature of 230 - 250˚F. Available in both gloss and matte, 1.7, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0 and 15.0 mil thicknesses on 1”, 2.25” and 3” core diameters.
UltraGold LM/UV Roll Laminate UltraGold LM/UV roll laminate is a premium high clarity wide format digital laminate film. It is a polyester based laminate with ultra-low adhesives and ultraviolet absorbers built into it to provide the maximum rigidity and longevity. This specialized formulation of UltraGold LM/UV with enhance the image colour and sharpness. It has a melting temperature of 185 - 210˚F. Available in Gloss, Satin, Matte, Display Lustre and Hard Coat Lustre, 1.7, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0 mil thicknesses on 3” core rolls. UltraGrip Roll Laminate UltraGrip is a low melt Xerox approved laminate specially formulated to provide superior adhesion to digitally printed materials. It has a polyester base with a UltraGrip adhesive designed for usage on all roll laminators. It has a melting temperature of 230 – 250˚F. Available in Gloss and Matte finishes, 1.7, 3.0 and 5.0 mil thicknesses on 1”, 2.25” and 3” core diameters.
One Sided Laminates Cortech offers Polypropylene (OPP), Nylon (Lay Flat) and Polyester (PET) laminate films for one sided laminating applications. The OPP laminates are the most cost effective films for one sided applications. They one of the most commonly used laminates in the industry. Nylon lay flat films are use in applications temperature and humidity fluctuations are a concern and the flatness of the laminated material is critical as nylon films breathe at the same rate as paper. PET is the most durable laminate, but it has similar characteristics to the OPP, that it does adjust to changing environments. OPP, Nylon and PET are available in both Gloss and Matte finishes on 3” core diameter rolls.

Stellar PS/UV Calendared Vinyl Overlaminates Stellar PS/UV Calendared Vinyl Overlaminates are available in four different finishes; gloss, satin, lustre and matte. It is a PVC based laminate with an aqueous acrylic adhesive layer that includes UV absorbers for durability and longevity. This laminate has an aggressive and permanent adhesive that will produce the desired results.
Stellar PS Embossed Vinyl This soft embossed vinyl simulates the appearance of polycarbonate laminate. Excellent for trade show and banner stand graphics.
Stellar PS/UV Cast Stellar PS/UV Cast laminates are available with both gloss and semi-gloss finishes. These laminate will provide premium protection from moisture, UV light and abrasion for all media including vehicle graphics.
